How long will it take to receive my order?

Cut-off Times:
Standard Shipping: 12:00 PM Singapore time.
Shipping Charges:
A standard delivery fee of SGD5.00 will be applied to every order within Singapore.

Will I receive any confirmation after placing an order?
Yes, you'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours (For regular-delivery service).

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier's website.
What should I do if my tracking information isn't updating?
Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update (for regular orders). If you still encounter issues, don’t hesitate to contact Customer Service.
What happens if my order is delayed?

Does Stanley 1913 Singapore ship internationally?
No. Stanley 1913 Singapore ships within Singapore only. Please visit your local Stanley website for international orders.
Can I purchase online and collect at the store?
At the moment, we do not offer in-store collection.
Can I change my shipping information?
Due to our sales policy, we cannot amend any shipping information after your order has been made. However, customers can amend their shipping information with the courier service at his/her own risk. We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage where the shipping information is amended after the order has been placed.
